SHIPPING & RETURNS HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Please contact customer service and indicate that you wish to return the order. We will then give you a link to request a free shipping label. You can print this label.

(Please note! If your goods have been delivered by truck and cannot be sent by post! Then you must return them to our warehouse in Beveren yourself!)

Return your item in the original packaging via postal parcel, stick the return label on your package and take your package to a post office, postal point or a
Cubee parcel locker . You will receive a shipping receipt here, keep it safe.

We will process the return shipment within 5 working days, at which time you will receive an email with the confirmation. We will refund the total amount including any shipping costs (shipping costs will only be refunded upon return of the entire order) as soon as possible, but always within 14 days after termination of the agreement.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

Unused products can always be exchanged within 14 days, but viewing is of course allowed.

Would you like to exchange for a different size or model? You can return the product within 14 days, once your return has been processed you will receive the refund within three working days. Add the ticket to your return box, take it to a postal point and then place a new order in the online shop.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL?

It is possible that email confirmations end up in the spam/junk inbox. Therefore, always check this inbox for your Tuin Luxe Shop email notification. If you have not received the email, please contact our customer service.

ARE THERE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

No return costs will be charged if you have received an incorrect package or item where the fault was ours. If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, you must arrange for the shipping yourself. Our customer service is of course ready to help you with this.

If you want to return or exchange from the Netherlands, the shipping costs are at your own expense.
